It looks like the more men are threatened by successful, smart, powerful WOMEN, the more they grandstand for attention. Women don't have to be performative, nor to they announce what they do....we just do it!

The current patriarchy is showing younger men that this behavior is warranted, acceptable, and necessary to get the capital, position, the raise, the promotion, and take any woman or female entrepreneur down in the process. Dismiss, disrupt, diminish, verbally abuse, sexual innuendo, harassment, cheat, lie, steal, and on and on.

I see a collective female revolution building, and men are afraid they will be silenced, emasculated, and replaced.

Thanks Lex for being one of the leaders in this revolution!
